Ingredients
250 gms Potatoes
2 tsp Oil
2 tsp Jeera
1 tsp Haldi
2 tsp Chilli flakes
Salt to taste
Method
Heat oil in a kadahi
Add Jeera and let it splutter
Cover the lid and let it cook for few minutes.
Add salt and 3 tbsp of water and cook on very low heat till done.
Serve with chapaties
